A Home-going celebration will be held for Mr. Frank Wiles Jr., 72, at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Fletcher Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Lee Alexander, officiating.

Interment will be private.

A gathering of family and friends will begin at 3 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home until the time of the service.

A native and resident of Jeanerette, he passed at 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at Iberia Medical Center.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his former wife, Mrs. Greta Wiles; one son, Frank Wiles III of Lafayette; two daughters, Carolyn Wiles of Houma and Paula Zanders of Alexandria,; seven brothers, Harry L. Wiles Sr. (Margaret) of Arnaudville, Larry A. Wiles (Sylvia) of Jeanerette, Aaron J. Wiles Sr. (Celestine) of Jeanerette, Barry K. Wiles, Sr. of Philadelphia, John H Wiles Sr. (Debra) of New Iberia, Kenneth Q. Wiles of Jeanerette and Kedredge J. Wiles (Natalia) of Killeen, Texas; four sisters, Georgia W. Garner (James Sr.) of East Orange, New Jersey, Mona W. Lowery (Henry Jr.) of Tallahassee, Florida, Katherine W. Henry of Chula Vista, California, and Lola B. Wiles of Jeanerette; five grandchildren, Brooke, Mercedes, Greta, Malik and Orrin; three great-grandchildren, Estella, Aidan and Adam; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his newborn daughter and a newborn grandson; his parents, Frank Wiles Sr. and Florence Marie Campbell Wiles; two brothers, Donald R. Wiles and Jerry Wiles; and one sister, Thelma Jewel Wiles.
