Because of the potential for heavy rain during the next couple of days, sandbags will be available from the Iberia Parish government.

The sandbags can be obtained at B.O.M Fire Station, Grand Marais Fire Station, Coteau Fire Station, Rynella Fire Station, Loreauville Park, Lydia Fire Station and Delcambre Fire Station.

Shovels will not be provided and residents should be prepared to fill their own sandbags.
