Jenna Nicole Trahan and Nash Michael Scott were married Friday, June 21, 2019, at Anthony Chapel in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The bride is the daughter of Penny LaPorte and James Trahan of New Iberia. The groom is the son of James Patrick and Cynthia Lyn Scott of New Iberia.
A justice of the peace officiated the 6 p.m ceremony.
Escorted by her grandfather, Sammy LaPorte, the bride wore a Martina Liana traditional A-line silhouette gown with modern detailing including a mixture of bugle beading throughout the lace and sparkle tulle within the skirt.
For her headpiece, she wore a cathedral-length veil with beaded trim.
She carried a bouquet of gorgeous beige peonies, lavender Scabiosa, and a variety of ivory-colored roses.
Serving as maids of honor were Breonn and Hanna Tucker. Bridesmaids were Brittani Aucoin, Allison DeRouen, Meagan Harrington, Ashlee Romero and Sara Scott. Easton Scott, godchild of the groom, was flower girl and the ring bearer was Noah J. Scott, nephew of the groom.
Serving as best men were Noah and Seth Scott, brothers of the groom. Groomsmen were Matthew Broussard, Errik DeRouen, Trei Derouen, Victor Guillotte, Nicholas Jumonville and Bryce Reed.
Jake Delahoussaye and Jared Delahoussaye, brothers of the bride, and Chris O’quinn served as ushers.
A reception for family and friends was held immediately after the ceremony at a lake house on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Following a wedding trip in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the couple will reside in New Iberia.
