Suspect sought in New Iberia shooting

On the morning of Officers with the New Iberia Police Department responded to a shots fired call at Anderson Street and Hebert Street at 2:20 p.m. on June 13.
Investigators discovered that one person was shot while inside a vehicle occupied by three people.
NIPD has identified Bryston Spain as a suspect and obtained warrants for his arrest. He is wanted for three counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property, Obstruction of Justice and Illegal Use of Weapon.
