Mr. and Mrs. Paul V. Jackson celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019.

The couple have six children, Monica J. Comeaux and Dana J. Stelly of Humble, Texas, Dale Jackson of Lafayette, Karen Jackson of Houston, Denise J. Hamilton and Valerie Jackson of Delcambre. They also have 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Jackson is the former Geneva Derouen.
