New Iberia Garden Club recently played host to its annual Christmas Tea on Dec. 12 at the First United Methodist Fellowship Center.  NIGC was celebrating its 85th birthday with the community.  Special guests for the tea were, from left, Babette Werner, Lafayette Garden Club president, Linda Brashier, LGCF District III director, Linda Finley, LGCF president, Ashley Philen, NIGC president, and Carolyn Bienvenu, NIGC Christmas Tea chairman.
