The Krewe de Mystical Waters held its annual Bal Masque recently in Delcambre. 

Krewe de Mystical Waters King XVIII Ben LeBlanc and Krewe de Mystical Waters Queen Lili Desormeaux LeBlanc ruled over the ball with Biker Guys and Girls, Women be Wise and Get Up Guys and Sugar Skulls in attendance, along with young ambassadors.
