Water outage

St. Martinville residents are asked to prepare for a water outage late tonight on the east side of Bayou Teche for workers to perform emergency repairs to the system.

City work crews will begin the emergency repairs at 10 p.m. on the east side of Bayou Teche.

Water will be shut off to residents on the east side of the bayou for several hours. Repairs are expected to take four to five hours, but may take longer.
