UPDATE: Missing woman, children located

A woman and her children reported missing to the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office have been found, according to an IPSO spokeswoman.

On Tuesday, IPSO detectives were able to meet with Krystal Toutcheque and her four children. In a press release Monday, the IPSO asked for the public’s help locating the group after family members reported that they had not heard from Toutcheque or her children since last April.

According to the spokeswoman, IPSO detectives followed proper procedure and performed a welfare check to ascertain their well being.

ORIGINAL STORY, 3/8/21, 7 p.m. — The Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help finding a woman and four children who have not been heard from in 11 months.

According to an IPSO spokeswoman, family members said they have not heard from either Krystal Toutcheque or her four children since April, 2020. Subsequently, the IPSO opened investigation and is attempting to locate Toutcheque and her children.
