ETC: New Iberia Garden Club January Garden of the Month

The New Iberia Garden Club has awarded January, 2022 Garden of the Month honors to Shane Tauzin and Mandy Boudreaux. The well maintained garden beds at 2809 Daspit Road include purple fountain grasses, flax lillies, foxtail ferns, philodendrons, Hawaiian Ti plants, autumn ember encore azaleas, dusty millers and vinca. These cold winter temps have caused some damage to our outdoor plants. It is important not to be anxious to trim any damaged foliage — wait until temps are warmer. The NIGC is a member of the Louisiana Garden Club Federation, District III.
