The perfect super bowl dish is the one that is easy and simple, yet packs loads of mouth watering flavor and excitement. Anything that you can do with ease but capture your audience’s taste buds is always a winner in my playbook.

What foods do you think of when you think of Cincinnati and L.A.?

When I think of Cincinnati, I think of chili dogs, pot roast, chicken fried steak and potatoes. When it comes to L.A., I think of Hollywood, anything gourmet to the max and over the top for the Starz, however, one of the most popular things in L.A. is the gourmet ice creams. And like the Super Bowl, I feel that Stafford will get iced over with all the pressure and that will cost him the game.

Who’s your money on?

My money is on Cincinnati with the swag of Burrow and Chase. Confidence is the key to winning in any game, whether cooking or on the field.
