FRIDAY
SPANISH FESTIVAL
Festivities for the three-day event begin a 5 p.m. on Friday at Bouligny Plaza in New Iberia. The day will include fair rides, carnival games, live music and a boat parade. The boat parade starts at 6 p.m.
SATURDAY
CROCHET CEILING & COOKOFF
Stop by Church Alley to see the crochet ceiling inspired by New Iberia’s sister city in Spain. Then head over to the Jambalaya, Paella, Tapas, and Spanish Dessert cookoff at Bouligny Plaza. Food will be served from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
SUNDAY
PARADE
The final day of the festival begins at 11 a.m. with more fair rides, carnival games, and an arts and crafts show. A parade will be held at noon.
