Linda Ponder Henry

Linda Ponder Henry passed away on the morning of Thursday, May 5, 2022, in her own bed at home surrounded by family, which was her wish. She was 68.

She was born August 12, 1954, to the late David McDonald Ponder and Zelena Del Rio Ponder in Monroe.

Linda was the former owner of Linda’s Hair Techniques and was well known for her many beautiful hair styles and jewelry designs.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 26 years Richard “Tom” Henry; her son LeDale “TeLee” Dassinger; daughter-in-law Carey Lynn Dassinger; stepchildren Sandi Henry, Christine Henry, Richard Thomas II and Misty Humphries; seventeen grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.

Linda now reunites in heaven with her parents David McDonald Ponder and Zelena Del Rio Ponder.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
