The New Iberia Recreation Department’s annual summer camp will return to the city park beginning on Monday. The camp, which runs from June 6 through July 29, will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

The cost for the camp is $75 per week per child, and children 5-12 are welcome to attend. Campers must provide their own lunch.

The camp offers many different activities to keep children entertained, including arts and crafts, movies, sports, a splash pad, and more.

In addition to the summer camp, NIRD is also offering many athletic programs and camps this year including soccer, volleyball, t-ball, tennis, and basketball.
