Pineapple Popsicles

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple slices

6 wooden popsicle sticks

6 Maraschino cherries

Place the 6 pineapple slices on a baking sheet. Push each stick through the center of each Maraschino cherry until at least 1/2-inch of each stick shows on top. Lay each stick across a pineapple slice so the cherry is in the center of the slice. Place another slice of pineapple on top of each and place the baking sheet in the freezer.

When frozen, place each piece in a plastic freezer bag or wrap each in plastic freezer wrap until ready to eat.

Yields 6 servings.
