June Garden of Month

The New Garden Club is happy to award the June Garden of the Month to David and Ashley Meaux who reside at 2007 Old Jeanerette Rd. Their Gardens

are abundant in outstanding caladiums. Each year they add more bulbs to their collection. This years planting was over 500 bulbs which include White Christmas, Postman Joyner, Fiesta, and Tapestry. What a “Show Stopper”! Other plants in the landscape include Lily of the Nile, Gardenia, and ShiShi Camellias.

Horticultural Hint: Most of the varieties they chose can be grown in partial shade to shade. Great planting for under trees.
