For five years, I’ve been requesting why the good tax paying citizens living in certain areas, for instance, the Jack Brooks area, between the Weeks Island Road and Freyou Road, can’t get clean water.  Excuses have been given by Mr. Duncan and Mr. Larry. Some of these residents have been there over 50 years with poor quality well water.
