Dorothy Badeaux

A memorial service will be conducted for Dorothy “Renee” Badeaux, 52, at 4 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022, at David Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Keith Landry officiating. Dorothy passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Iberia Medical Center. 

She was a native of Savanna, Georgia and a resident of New Iberia.

Renee loved spending time with family and friends especially time with her boys. When relaxing, she was either watching TV or fishing. She enjoyed jewelry making, loved to shop for shoes and was an awesome cook.

Renee is survived by her sons Noah Badeaux and Clay Champagne; brother William Hargrave; best friends Donna LeBlanc (Kernie), Amanda McGowen and Melanie Griffin; grandmother Dorothy Boone; aunt Linda Troutman (Conrad); former husband Kevin Badeaux; friend Aaron Champagne; and nieces Jessica Hebert and Johnna Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her mother Beverly Hargrave; and one brother, Joey Hargrave.
