The New Iberia Garden Club has a mission for protecting and conserving the natural resources of the planet earth and promising to promote education so we may become caretakers of our air, water, forest, land, and wildlife is the clubs Conservation Pledge.

The members strive to be diligent in conservation practices.

The club also recognizes the beautiful gardens in New Iberia each month. Photos and descriptions are in the Daily iberian and on our website.

Recently, the club installed new officers to the club. The positions are for two years.

Kathy Fouquier will serve as President, taking over for Ashley Philen, outgoing President. Nancy Barras will serve as Vice President.

Alisa Broussard is the Treasurer, Jane Thibeaux, the Historian, Phyllis Richard will serve as Parliamentarian and Janie Cousin is the Recording and Corresponding Secretary.
