Vincent Paul Veazey

Vincent Paul Veazey, 66, passed away on March 3, 2024, following a brief illness. There will be no services for Paul at this time, but prayers would be appreciated.

A native of New Iberia and resident of Loreauville, Paul will be dearly missed.

Paul is survived by his children Catherine Veazey Dugas (Jade), Nicole Procell (Andy), Anika Guidry (Josh), Aftan Guidry (Jason) and Tanesha Hebert; his sister Mary Landry (Mike); brothers Kenneth Veazey and Keith Veazey (Caroline); grandchildren Irelynn, Blaire, Riley, Charlie, Tray, August, Roman, Andrew, Lani, Addisyn, Emaree, Hadley, Bentli, Braizli, Hannah (Sterling), Terry Paul, Destiny and Brea; great-grandchildren Avalynn, Beckham, Arya and Scott; two godchildren, David Boudreaux (Ulee) and Keegan Reeves; his special niece Keisha Doll; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Vincent Raymond Veazey; mother Ada Comeaux Murphy; stepfather John R. Murphy; brother Eugene Veazey; and sister Catherine Veazey.

The family would like to thank Mr. Rogers for being such a good friend to Paul.

Vincent Paul, his sister Catherine Marie and brother Eugene Veazey will be honored at a family reunion in July.
