This pink jewel box of a home has charming surprises around every corner. Nestled along the Bayou Teche this one-of-a-kind authentic Art Deco home was designed by renowned architect Owen Southwell and dates back to 1938. The multi-level home is on the National Register of Historic places.

Every inch of this abode oozes character. The large primary suite features an art deco gas log fireplace and bench that runs the length of the panoramaic bedroom window. The great room is drenched in natural light from the skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows and also has a gas or wood burning fireplace. The attached deck overlooks the bayou and includes a hot tub and plenty of seating room. One of the most unique aspects of this house, and there are many, is the upstairs glass sunroom with an industrial style ceiling and sweeping views of the bayou.
