There are new owners at The Landscape Ranch, and they are ready to serve the Teche.

The previous owners have decided to move in a different direction and new owners Neil and Savannah Patin said they jumped at the opportunity to take over.The two officially took over in March of this year.

Located at 1300 E. Main Street in New Iberia, The Landscape Ranch is a nursery and landscape yard, where they sell bulk landscape materials, trees, shrubs, annuals, pottery, and more at their retail center.

The Landscape Ranch also offers deliveries for surrounding areas for materials and plants.

“In addition to The Landscape Ranch, we also own Local Lawn, which is a full service lawn and landscaping business,” Savannah Patin said. “We provide landscape installations, contracted lawn maintenance, sod installations, dirt work, and much more.”

Neil and Savannah Patin aren’t new to owning a business. In fact, The Landscape Ranch is their newest business venture.

Aside from their nursery, and Local Lawn, Neil and Savannah Patin own Local Dumpster Rentals, which provides dumpster rental services to multiple parishes around the area.

“If you need to clean out your shed or if you have an upcoming remodel project, we can handle that for you, too.” Savannah Patin said.

No matter what, Neil and Savannah Patin said they plan to continue the same customer service and plant selection that The Ranch is known for. They are hoping to bring in other options for the community as The Ranch grows.

“We are excited to be part of the community in New Iberia and look forward to meeting and serving each of you,” Savannah Patin said.
