Phillip Kenneth Lodrigue Jr., 44, Berwick. Two counts resisting an officer by giving false information; two counts criminal trespass; theft; simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling; unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling; unauthorized use of a movable; simple criminal damage to property.

NOVEMBER 9

Shawn Paul Boudreaux, 45, Centerville. Failure to appear; criminal trespass; attempted theft; entry on or remaining after being forbidden; two counts theft.

Tahijana Ongel Peter, 29, Franklin. Careless operation; driving while intoxicated.

NOVEMBER 10

David Michael Bonner, 57, Patterson. Possession of schedule IV drugs; possession of schedule II drugs; possession of drug paraphernalia.

NOVEMBER 11

Jarvis Michael Charles, 42, Jeanerette. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court treatment.
