Rayne, LA – Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 11:00 am at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne, LA for Roland “Pic” Joseph Picard, 69, who died Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at his residence in Rayne, LA.

Pastor Larry LeFleur with Victory Worship Center in Sulphur, LA. will conduct the memorial services.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Hebert Picard, two daughters, Joni Rayshel Richard Romero and spouse Ivy Romero, Amee Rae Picard Broussard and spouse Jacob Broussard, three sons, Jake Colby Picard, Anthony Jackson Hebert, Aaron James Adams and companion Angela Creel, seven grandchildren, Ilijah Romero, Oliver Broussard, Cameron Hebert, Taylor Hebert, and baby boy Broussard expected in June, Meagan Laughlin, Gavin Laughlin, Peyton Laughlin, two sisters, Dr. Phyllis Picard Staton, Vitus Picard Bryant, two sisters in law, Nola Girard Picard, Mertice Decoux Picard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roland Joseph Picard, Sr. and Mable Marie Toucheque Picard, two brothers, Floyd Paul Picard, Calvin Joseph Picard.

A Rosary will be prayed Friday, March 28, 2025 at 10:00 am in Gossen Funeral Home in Rayne, LA.

The family requests that visitation be observed in Gossen Funeral Home in Rayne, LA on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
