DELCAMBRE SEAFOOD AND FARMERS MARKET

When: Saturday, April 5, 2025, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: Bayou Carlin Cove Boat Landing and Pavilion, 605 S. Railroad St., Delcambre

What: Outdoor seafood market that provides consumers the best selection of fresh seafood, local produce, and more. The market features 60 vendors. Enjoy shopping with local vendors for gifts, Cajun foods, unique crafts, clothing, seasonings, plus a variety of artisanal sweets, breads and more. Also there will be live music and a kids’ arts and crafts booth.


SYMPHONY SUNDAY IN THE PARK

When: Sunday, April 6, 2025, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Where: New Iberia City Park, 300 Parkview Drive

What: Concert by Acadiana Symphony Orchestra in the shade of New Iberia City Park’s beautiful live oaks. Come early and bring your best picnic theme for a contest where the winner gets their picnic painted by a local artist. Judging will begin at 2:30 p.m. There will be music by Andy Smith, a balloon artist and beverage booth available at 1 p.m.


EASTER IN THE VILLAGE

When: Sunday, April 6, 2025, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Loreauville Park, 601 Ed Broussard Road, Loreauville

What: Round up your friends, family and Easter baskets. There will be an Easter egg hunt for different age groups with prizes for novelty egg finders. Hot dogs, popcorn, snowballs, small craft tables and photo op areas will be available. Possibly a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny himself.
