Darryon V. Hall, 26, Patterson. Speeding over 25 mph; possession of marijuana; possession of legend drug without prescription; illegal possession of stolen firearms; driver must be licensed; proper equipment required on vehicles; no insurance.

Brad Devonce Vincent, 46, Franklin. Failure to register as a sex offender.

Mercy Denise Henley, 39, Patterson. Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
