Pharr — Pope

Amy Lord Pharr of New Iberia announces the engagement of her daughter Rachel Elizabeth Pharr to William Christopher Pope Jr., son of William Christopher Pope Sr. and Tonya Creel Pope of Baton Rouge. The bride is the daughter of the late David Terrell Pharr.

The wedding will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Maison De Tours in St. Martinville.

The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Catholic High School and 2015 graduate of Louisiana State University. She is employed with the Ascension Parish School Board.

The prospective groom is a 2009 graduate of Louisiana State University Laboratory School and a 2013 graduate of Louisiana State University. He is employed with the Louisiana Secretary of State.
