BALDWIN — The town of Baldwin will hold its regularly scheduled monthly town hall meeting Thursday among items on the agenda will be the recommendation of a new town clerk, Denette Trahan of Franklin. Trahan will replace former clerk Chrystal Willis who was released from the office in July by a recommendation by the mayor and vote from the board on several grounds including insubordination.

Other items on the agenda include a request from the Baldwin Police Department to acquire a new server, protective vests, uniforms and two lease vehicles. The board will also hear a quote on Worker’s Comp insurance as well as a report on suggestions made by the Legislative Auditors Advisory Council meeting suggestions. The Town of Baldwin meeting will begin at 6.p.m. at Town Hall located at 800 Main Street.
