The Catholic High School Lady Panthers rolled to a 24-12, 25-8, 25-13 sweep of Calvary Baptist in the first round of the Division IV state volleyball playoffs Wednesday.

No. 10 seed CHS will take on No. 7 John Curtis at 3 p.m. Friday on the road in the regional round of the playoffs.

Madison Bienvenu had 7 kills to lead the Lady Panthers and added a service ace. Christina Viator had six kills, two blocks and an ace; Sydnee Raheem had four kills and three aces; Oakley Guillot had two kills and a block; Anna Gonsoulin had 12 assists and five digs; Anna Angelle had eight assists and five aces; Camille Bonin had four digs; and Allyson Baquet had four aces. Abigail Richthofen did not play because of an injury.
