The Evangeline Area Council, Boy Scouts of America (BSA) announced Patrick Norris, founder of Norris International as the recipient of the 2019 Iberia Parish Distinguished Citizen Award. Norris was honored at the annual awards dinner at the Hampton Inn & Suites.
