5.Tricep DipsPlace your hands palm down on your bench (or chair or sofa) with your legs stretched out, heels on floor and toes pointed up, slowly dip glutes down towards the floor and then push back up. Make sure glutes and core are engaged.

Before starting, be sure to stretch. Run through the entire circuit three times. Repeat all exercise for a count of 12. Sabra recommends closing this routine out with 10 minutes of your preferred cardio.
