The New Iberia Garden Club has awarded March Garden of the Month honors to the family of Chad and Christine Evans located at 1613 Troy Road. The beauty of their flowerbeds includes spectacular sweet bay, Little Gem and DD Blanchard Magnolias, Acadian hollies, ShiShi camellias and blooming Indian hawthorn shrubs and double Knock Out Roses. Agapanthus and several varieties of ornamental grasses along with winter annuals of colorful snapdragons and flowering Kale completes their magnificent gardens and landscape. The NIGC is a member of the Louisiana Garden Club Federation, District III.
