Reginae Andalusia, the queen’s organization of the Krewe of Andalusia, hosted a luncheon honoring queen Lisa Norris, Queen Elisabeth I of Belgium. Queen Lisa Norris, from left, king Randy Berard’s wife Robin Berard, past queen Donna Soileau, and, queen mother Andree Schlicher. The luncheon was at Donna and Andy Soileau’s home on Sunday, Jan. 23.
