The Greater Iberia Chamber of Commerce held its annual conference for women in Iberia Parish on June 17.

The INSPIRE conference brings women around the parish together for an interactive day of networking and leadership development. 

This year’s keynote speaker was Melissa Bowen, who led those attending in goal setting and envisioning sessions with the goal of boosting creativity and leadership skills. 

For the Chamber, the event facilitates an introspective and interactive conversation on how women can grow into leadership throughout their career with a special focus on developing and enhancing leadership in business, government or civic organizations.
