FEBRUARY 1

Derrick McDaniel Jr., 18, Plantation Drive, Franklin. Possession of a legend drug without a prescription; possession of drug paraphernalia.

FEBRUARY 2

Daequandre Perro, 17, Iberia Street, Franklin. Theft of a motor vehicle; aiding and abetting others to remain on premise where forbidden; illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile.

Jules Anderson, 65, Iberia Street, Franklin. Contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

FEBRUARY 4

Avery Hines Jr., 18, Jordan Street, New Iberia. Attempted second degree murder; illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities; four counts resisting an officer; aggravated criminal damage to property; disturbing the peace by interruption of lawful assembly; firearm-free zones.
