JEANERETTE CREOLE FESTIVAL

When: Saturday, March 22, 2025, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Where: Albania Mansion, 21066 Hwy. 182, Jeanerette

What: Spend a day along the banks of Bayou Teche enjoying the Jeanerette Creole Festival at the historic Albania Mansion. Come to this gumbo cookoff for a day of fun including food and drink vendors, music, arts and crafts booths, mansion tours and more. Bring your family and friends for an unforgettable celebration of Creole culture.


FESTIVAL OF LIVE OAKS

When: Saturday, March 22, 2025, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: New Iberia City Park, 300 Parkview Drive

What: This was rescheduled to March 22 due to weather. The Festival of Live Oaks will be held in conjunction with the New Iberia Vendor and Craft event in City Park. Celebrate spring at New Iberia City Park with fun, family-friendly activities, including a barbecue cookoff, Easter egg hunt, live music, pony rides, children’s activities, arts and crafts, sweet booths and much more. Bring your chairs and blankets and plan for a full day of family fun.


TOUGHEST RIDES MONSTER TRUCK EVENT – CHICK-FIL-A NEW IBERIA

When: Thursday, March 20, 2025, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Where: Chick-fil-A, 1102 E. Admiral Doyle Drive

What: Experience a super exciting night. Bring the kids to Chick-fil-A in New Iberia to enjoy the toughest rides and monster trucks. Take pictures and get up close and personal with different trucks and vehicles.
