Seafood – Okra Gumbo

3 pounds fresh shrimp

11/2 pounds fresh lump crab meat

1 pound scallops

3-quarts pre-cooked okra

2 pounds onions

1 bell pepper

1/2 cup roux

Saute onions, bell pepper, scallops and okra in water. Cook roux on medium fire for 45 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 1/2 hour. Add crab meat and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with or without rice.
