Crawfish Tequila

1 pound crawfish
1 cup heavy cream

10 sundried tomatoes
2 jalapenos
1/2 cup each chopped onion, bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup tequila

1 8 ounce pack angel hair pasta cooked
Soak sun dried tomatoes and jalapenos in hot water for 20 minutes. Cook onion and bell pepper and garlic in olive oil for 10 minutes on simmer. Chop dried tomatoes and jalapenos medium in size and add to pot. Cook for 5 minutes. Add crawfish and cook for 15 minutes. Carefully add tequila. Then add cream and cook for 10 minutes and season to taste. Serve with angel hair or penne pasta.
