Marinated Vegetable Salad

2 cans of chopped artichoke hearts

1 purple onion, sliced thin

2 green peppers, seeded and sliced thin

2 cans of drained, sliced carrots

2 cans of drained, pitted ripe olives

2 cans of cut, drained green beans

2 small cans of drained, button mushrooms

1 bottle of Italian salad dressing

Combine first seven ingredients with desired amount of salad dressing and toss. Chill for at least three hours.

Serve in a large glass bowl.
