Au’ryanna Bellard was recently awarded the 2012 Tangipahoa Little Miss Heart of the USA.

She will represent her parish at the 2012 Louisiana Miss Heart of the USA State pageant where contestants will be competing for $1,000 in scholarships.

She is the daughter of Nedrick and Jessica Bellard of Jeanerette and granddaughter of Jackie Miller.

The pageant strives to provide contestants lasting friendships, build confidence and self-esteem, while encouraging participants to get involved with organizations in their communities to benefit those in need. Miss Heart of the USA queens are involved at the local level with many charitable organizations.
