The Krewe of Xanadu’s 23rd annual Mardi Gras Ball was held Feb. 8 at the Cajundome Convention Center in Lafayette. The all-female Krewe’s theme for the occasion was “Paris, Ooh La La.” Queen Xanadu XXIII Maggie Trahan Simar and King Xanadu XXIII Ebbie James Breaux ruled over the festivities. Court Royalty included Captain Debbie K. Mills; Muses Donna Olivier, Rebecca Coody, Amanda Judice and Amy Hebert with Phyllis Boudreaux (front).
