NATCHITOCHES — Fifteen student athletes received awards during the annual Athletics Banquet held May 13 in the gym at the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts. Sam Crochet, a senior from New Iberia, was recognized as Most Improved Player for soccer, and Justin Blanchard, a senior from Breaux Bridge, was named Defensive Player of the Year.
