Viator — Meaux

Elizabeth Claire Viator and Dylan Lee Meaux were united in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony during a nuptial mass Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at Our Lady Prompt Succor Church in New Iberia. Rev. Ed Degyter and Deacon Durk Viator officiated the 6 p.m. Mass.

The bride is the daughter of Regina Gonsoulin Viator of New Iberia and the late H. Michael Viator. She is the granddaughter of Willa Bertelsman, the late Gene Bertelsman, the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell Gonsoulin and the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Allain Sr.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dane Meaux of Beaumont, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Tim McClure of Kansas City, Missouri. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Meaux of Abbeville, the late Bobby and Carole Vernier; and the great-grandson of Della Sellers and the late Harris Sellers.

The bride was escorted by her brothers Dr. Timothy Allain Viator and William J. Viator.

Following the wedding ceremony a reception was held at the Manor in New Iberia.
