Kristynn LeLeux and Caleb Evans were married Saturday, October 14, 2017, at the Vermilionville Chapel in Lafayette. The bride is the daughter of Shane and Bridget Oliva LeLeux of New Iberia. The groom is the son of Bo and Maureen Evans of Tomball, Texas, and Chad and Michelle Gray DeRouen of New Iberia.
The Rev. Daniel Latour officiated the ceremony.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a Maggie Sottero “Winifred” gown with ivory-colored lace over light gold sheath silhouette with a modern deep V-halter neckline and a scalloped plunging back finished with covered buttons and a chapel length train.
She carried an irregular bouquet of burgundy dahlias, ivory-colored roses, baby’s breath, colored Queen Anne’s lace, burgundy dock, seeded eucalyptus and dusty miller with a drape.
Serving as matron of honor was Morgann LeLeux Romero and as maid of honor was Reagann LeLeux, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Braelynn Gautreau, cousin of the bride, Claire Evans Broussard, sister of the groom, Regan Sampey and Ryean Hebert. Serving as flower girl was Everly Ann DeRouen, groom’s godchild and as ring bearer was Wyatt Broussard, groom’s nephew.
Serving as best man was Ryan Hyde. Groomsmen were Breaton DeRouen, groom’s step brother, Cody Haas, Trevor Broussard, groom’s brother-in-law, Jacob Romero, bride’s brother-in-law and Gavin Gautreau, bride’s cousin.
Lance Moss and Cameron Champagne served as ushers. Alex-Kaye Richard Latiolais served as the lector.
A reception for family and friends was held immediately after the ceremony at Vermilionville Performance Center in Lafayette.
The couple will reside in New Iberia.
