An Open House and Meet the Publisher night will be held on Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at The Daily Iberian.

Wick Communications veteran Ken Harty returns as the publisher of The Daily Iberian and Acadiana Lifestyles magazine.

Harty worked for The Daily Iberian from 2002 to 2006 and is looking forward to meeting old and new friends at the open house Wednesday.

Light refreshments will be served. The Open House will be held in the main lobby at the newspaper on 124 E Main St, New Iberia, LA 70560.

Harty has also worked at the Wahpeton Daily News and Williston Herald in North Dakota, the Roanoke Rapids Daily Herald in North Carolina, and the Fergus Falls Daily Journal in Minnesota.
