Stephen and Adrienne Mestayer of New Iberia announce the engagement of their daughter Stephanie Anne Mestayer to Ryan Taylor Thalji, son of Nathan “Spot” and Joselle Viator of New Iberia and the late Majid Ibrahim Thalji.

The wedding will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Lafayette.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Catholic High School and a 2007 graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in dietetics. She is employed as a document management sales representative at Cintas Corp.

The prospective groom is a 1999 graduate of New Iberia Senior High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He is an account manager at American Warrior Compression.
