Mr. and Mrs. Jack and Kathryn Mullins of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and Gerald Oubre of New Iberia announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Oubre to John Valentine, son of the late Joseph and Betty Valentine formerly of Fallbrook, California.

The wedding will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, August 25, 2018, at Villa Siena in Gilbert, Arizona.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Catholic High School and 2012 graduate of Mohave Community College. She is employed by American Medical Response as a recruiter.

The prospective groom is a 1980 graduate of Fallbrook High School. He is employed by American Medical Response as the regional director.
