Sammie Garb Tetreault, born February 6, 1972, in Jacksonville, Florida passed away on July 10, 2019 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

She is survived by her father, Gary Garb and stepmother Renee Garb of Nashville, Tennessee; three sons John Michael, Garet and Tanner Tetreault of Little Rock, Arkansas; one sister Dina Garb McMackins and her husband, David, of New Iberia; two nephews Daniel and Moses Spoon; her paternal grandmother, Rose Garb Freeze of New Iberia; and her stepgrandmother Carol Wewe of Nashville, Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Tetreault; her mother, Nora “Ginger” Ivey; her paternal grandfather, Moses Garb; one aunt Frances Rosalie Garb; her maternal grandparents. Frank and Kitty Ivey; and her stepgrandfather Donald Wewe.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Word of Hope World Outreach Church, located at 705 West Admiral Doyle Dr., in New Iberia. The Reverend John Monk will officiate.
