If you’ve picked up just about any publication in Acadiana, you’ve probably seen Lisa Hanchey’s byline. We’re lucky to be included among them.  Let’s get to know Lisa. The self proclaimed Army brat was born in Fort Polk and raised in Lake Charles. Her Dad inspired her to go to law school and her mom inspired her love for writing and language. Her desert island album would be Earth, Wind & Fire’s Greatest Hits to keep her dancing. Her first celebrity crush was David Cassidy, of course.  If someone had only one day to spend in Acadiana, Lisa would recommend they spend the day eating Cajun food, the best food in the world, especially cracklins.
