Handwritten recipe – Almond Mocha Biscotti
This week’s handwritten recipe is again from my personal collection. I recognize it because of the slanty writing (I should never write on paper without lines…) as well as the cooking shorthand, because, of course, I would be the only one reading this recipe ever. Take my word for it when I say this recipe is awesome, these twice-baked goodies (that is what ‘biscotti’ means, after all) have been a favorite in my family since I started making them, about 20 years ago.
